From PA:
Take Rt. 22 East to Rt. 611 North. Follow 611 North along the Delaware River for 2.4 miles.
After the Scenic Overlook, turn left
onto Frost Hollow Road.
Make a quick Right onto Winchester Drive.
Go past the Riverview Golf Club entrance to the Information Center on the left.

Take Sullivan's Trail North to Right on Newlins Road.
Cross over Richmond Road. Turn Right on Broadway Road.
Left onto Winchester Drive to the Information Center on your Right.
From NJ:
From NJ: Rt. 78 West to exit 3, onto Rt. 22 West.
Cross the PA toll bridge and at the foot of the bridge take the immediate first
exit and follow Rt. 611 North along the river for 2.4 miles.
After the Scenic Overlook turn left onto Frost Hollow Road,
then turn right onto Winchester Dr. Go past the Riverview Golf Club entrance to
the Information Center on the left.
